Meet the agents.
Your AI commerce team.
You don't use a tool. You delegate to a team. Agents operate either internally within your company or externally toward the market. Every agent owns a clear job and shares what it learns with the rest.
The Catalog Intelligence Team at work.
Five BETA agents today. Three work inside the company and two act toward the market - one team, one shared context.
Three agents build the product truth.
Internal work: brand, buyers and catalog data made complete, consistent and governed. This is the inside sphere of ShopAgentic Agent OS - efficiency, effectiveness and governance.
Two agents act toward the market.
Market-facing work: visibility in AI channels, channel distribution and readiness for agentic commerce. This is the outside sphere of ShopAgentic Agent OS - capabilities that directly influence revenue.
A shared learning loop, not a fixed sequence. Every agent can also work independently.
One brief. Five perspectives. Better work.
The squad shares what it learns without forcing every job through a rigid workflow. The Mystery Shopper closes the loop with evidence from AI assistants, helping the whole squad decide what to improve next.
Brief your squad

Specialists own the work
