    How Credits work

    Credits are the universal unit you spend across every ShopAgentic agent. Different actions consume different amounts: enriching a product through the Catalog Agent costs roughly 2 Credits, a chat conversation handled by the Customer Agent costs around 1 Credit, and one minute of voice interaction with the Voice Agent costs about 5 Credits. Unused Credits roll over for one billing period, and you can top up at any time without changing your plan.
